🚨NEW ALL ABILITIES CLASS THIS SEASON🚨

MONDAY- All Abilities Zumba- 6:15PM-7:15PM

This class is a Special Needs Zumba class for Individuals living with Autism as well as other Developmental challenges. 

16Yrs+ This class allows individuals the space to explore rhythm and movement on their terms, as well as get a good cardio workout. This is a great social opportunity within the community and is approved by some self direction programs.

$15 a Class, $70 a Month.

I am a mother of 2, one of which is living with Autism. I studied Communications and Bussiness at St. John's University in NY but learned most of what I know from my children, marriage, and life. I am a researcher by nature so I am always studying and learning about things that will help my boys thrive and improve our overall quality of life. Hopefully what I've learned can help others facing similar challenges when navigating the sometimes daunting world of Autism, Childhood Trauma Recovery, Parenting and Mental Wellness. I am also a certified Zumba Instructor which has played a major role in my health and wellness. Dealing with the stress and demands of parenting any child is a challenge and i am so happy to have discovered an expressive outlet in Zumba! Always therapeutic, energizing and fun, Zumba has become my favorite way to share my love of music, culture, and dance with my community. If you are local to Warwick, NY please come for a class and give yourself a serotonin boost!
