DANCE MODE ON! We are back at it 💃Come Dance 💃

Hello Zumba lovers! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving break, now let’s get back to dancing and sweating. I have about four extra slices of sweet potato pie I need to work off how about you? Our schedule remains the same Tuesday Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Warwick Valley Community Center.

I am a mother of 2, one of which is living with Autism. I studied Communications and Bussiness at St. John's University in NY but learned most of what I know from my children, marriage, and life. I am a researcher by nature so I am always studying and learning about things that will help my boys thrive and improve our overall quality of life. Hopefully what I've learned can help others facing similar challenges when navigating the sometimes daunting world of Autism, Childhood Trauma Recovery, Parenting and Mental Wellness. I am also a certified Zumba Instructor which has played a major role in my health and wellness. Dealing with the stress and demands of parenting any child is a challenge and i am so happy to have discovered an expressive outlet in Zumba! Always therapeutic, energizing and fun, Zumba has become my favorite way to share my love of music, culture, and dance with my community. If you are local to Warwick, NY please come for a class and give yourself a serotonin boost!
